The Blue Collar Crew started with one promise: show up, do it right, and tell the truth — even when it costs us the job.

My hands have been on machinery since the Coast Guard. I served as a Machinery Technician from 1999 to 2003 — keeping engines, pumps, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems running at sea, where "good enough" isn't an option and you document everything. That standard never left me, through a career in law enforcement and operations leadership, and it's the foundation of this company.
I started The Blue Collar Crew because too many homeowners told me the same story: a contractor who didn't show up, a bill that ballooned, work that looked fine until it failed. People had stopped trusting the trades — and honestly, a lot of the trades had earned it.
So we built the opposite. One accountable company that coordinates the right vetted trade for every job, documents the work, and stands behind it. You get a clear scope, a clear price, and one person to call — not a string of strangers and a stack of excuses.
We're not the cheapest, and we'll tell you so. Sometimes we'll even tell you that you don't need us, or that a specialist would serve you better. That's the point. We'd rather earn your trust and your referral than win a job by leaving things out. People before profit isn't a slogan here — it's how we decide what to do when no one's looking.
If you want a crew that treats your home and your reputation like our own, that's what we're here for.
We're a young company, so we don't have contractor-of-the-year trophies. What we bring is a background built on accountability, real mechanical skill, and genuine quality standards.

Trained to audit quality-management systems to an international standard — which is why "backed by standards" is structure here, not a slogan.
Root-cause problem-solving and process discipline — fixing the cause, not just the symptom.
